Salish Lodge & Spa

Salish Lodge & Spa named Tyler Hefford-Anderson executive chef of Salish Lodge & Spa. Tyler spent nearly a decade at Seattle's Rainier Club, where he was executive sous chef. He also opened the Opal Bistro on Queen Anne and has worked for caterers, cooking schools and private clubs.
