Key Community Development

Valeri Pate has joined Key Community Development as vice president and relationship manager. She will finance projects that benefit low- and moderate-income households in the Northwest through tax credit investments. She was most recently with Enterprise Community Partners and the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, the state's housing finance agency.
