Benson is a litigation attorney. She focuses on insurance defense litigation, including construction defect, personal injury, liquor liability, and legal malpractice litigation. Morgan Emmerton Smith is a litigation attorney and concentrates on complex litigation that includes insurance coverage disputes and insurance defense law.
