Association of Sewer & Water Districts
The Washington Association of Sewer & Water Districts has recognized several members: Lee Mellish for his service to Liberty Lake Sewer & Water District, Clark Regional Wastewater District for professional management, Hartstene Point Water-Sewer District for establishing a new water-sewer district, Dan Eisses for professional competence and technical expertise, and Roger Christofferson for service to the association.
