SonoSite

Bothell-based SonoSite, a specialist in bedside and point of care ultrasound, announced Kirby Cramer will retire as non-executive chairman of the board of directors. Robert Hauser, who has been a member of the board since 2004, will take his place. Cramer will continue to serve as a director until SonoSite's 2011 meeting of shareholders. He has been with the company since 1998.
