Barking Frog at Willows Lodge in Woodinville hired Matthew Davis as the new wine director and restaurant manager. Davis was wine director at Pearl Bar & Dining in Bellevue and has worked at O/8 Seafood Grill in Bellevue and Ray's Boathouse in Seattle.
