King County Board of Ethics

King County Executive Dow Constantine appointed Louise Miller to the board of ethics. Miller will fill the partial term left vacant by Bruce Laing when he was appointed board chair in 2009. Miller is a former county council member and state representative. Her nine-month term will end May 31, 2011.
