Core Business Bank
Bellevue-based Core Business Bank added four team members to its staff. They are Varonica Ragan as chief financial officer, Sheri Pena as vice president and manager of client services, Angelina Yokoyama as assistant vice president, loan operations manager, and Garret Rogers as assistant vice president, relationship manager.
