Calistoga Pharmaceuticals of Seattle, a developer of drugs to treat cancer and inflammatory diseases, hired Andrew Guggenhime as chief financial officer. Guggenhime spent the last 10 years as CFO for public companies, including Facet Biotech Corp. and PDL BioPharma.
