Federal Home Loan Bank
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle announced the resignation of President and CEO Richard Riccobono and the appointment of Steven Horton as acting president and CEO. Horton has served as senior vice president, chief operating officer of the Seattle Bank since May of 2009.
