Cedarbrook Lodge

Cedarbrook Lodge, a Northwest hotel, said its Culinary Director Roy Breiman and Executive Chef Mark Bodinet are founding board members of two new food organizations: the Puget Sound Regional Council's Regional Food Policy Council and Cascade Harvest Coalition's Forest-to-Table program. In his role with the RFPC, Breiman will help lead efforts related to equitable food access. Breiman and Bodinet are serving on the board of the Cascade Harvest Coalition program.
