Lane Powell
Lane Powell made several promotions in the Seattle and Portland offices. In Seattle, Jennifer Beyerlein, Laura Morse, Dawn Spratley and Janis White have been elected shareholders. Beyerlein concentrates on construction litigation and professional malpractice defense and is LEED accredited. Morse concentrates on claims of wrongful discharge and employee benefits, as well as discrimination. Spratley focuses on estate and trust litigation, probate, and domestic and international estate planning. White focuses on complex commercial litigation. In Portland, Peter Hawkes has been elected shareholder and Shawn Lindsay as been named counsel to the firm.
