Baristas Coffee

Seattle-based Baristas Coffee Co. hired Thomas Metzger as chief operating officer and added him to the board of directors. Metzger has served as chief executive officer, president or chief operating officer for restaurants such as Wolfgang Puck, Sizzler Steakhouses and Boston Market. Baristas was formed to create a national brand of drive-thru espresso stands.
