Emeritus

Seattle-based Emeritus Corp., a national provider of senior living services, announced Granger Cobb is now president and sole chief executive officer. Cobb was previously president and co-CEO. Dan Baty will continue as chairman of the board. The company also said it has entered into a “shared opportunities agreement” designed to provide growth opportunities in conjunction with Baty's pursuits outside Emeritus. Emeritus operates 479 senior living communities in 42 states.
