Cascade Water Alliance

Cascade Water Alliance in Bellevue hired Edward Cebron. Cebron, a regional economic and financial expert, will serve as an economist tasked with informing Cascade on regional water policy and financial challenges. He is a founding principal of FCS Group and has 28 years of professional experience addressing economic and financial issues. The alliance was formed by eight municipalities in 1999 to meet current and future needs.
