Charter Private Bank

Bellevue's Charter Private Bank board of directors hired Marty Steele as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. Steele, formerly the bank's chief lending officer, succeeds James Garvey, who was recently appointed president and CEO of Borel Private Bank & Trust Co. in North California. Steele has 30 years of banking, management and lending experience.
