Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs

Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn named Vincent Kitch acting director of the Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs. Kitch has worked in the arts for nearly 20 years, and most recently was the cultural arts program manager for the city of Austin. His appointment is subject to City Council confirmation. His first day is April 4.
