The creative agency Plume21 has opened new offices at 2211 Fifth Ave. in Belltown. It was founded by Thomas Lamprecht and Kristina Muller-Eberhard and focuses on brand development, advertising and marketing. Lamprecht was with Grey Global Group and DraftFCB. Muller-Eberhard has had a long career in advertising and marketing.
