Mike Carter, lead administrator of Swedish/Edmonds, is now chief administrative officer of Swedish's First Hill campus, the largest in the five-hospital network. Carter became CEO of Stevens Hospital in 2006, now Swedish/Edmonds. He has 30 years of experience. David Jaffe will serve as interim chief administrator at Swedish/Edmonds for six months. Jaffe was CEO of Harborview for 16 years and has been working with Swedish on a contract basis since last year.
