Pineapple Hospitality

Hotel Five, previously the Ramada at Fifth Avenue and Blanchard Street in Seattle, is the newest property owned and managed by Pineapple Hospitality, which is the new hospitality division of Columbia West Properties. It is based in Bellevue and manages four Seattle properties including the Maxwell Hotel, University Inn and Watertown.
