Pendrell

Kirkland-based Pendrell Corp., formerly ICO Global Communications Limited, made a series of new hires. Robert Mechaley is chief scientist. Timothy Dozois is corporate counsel and corporate secretary. Mark Fanning is chief people officer. Benjamin Wolff, chief executive officer, and R. Gerard Salemme, chief strategy officer, resigned from their positions with Eagle River, the company's largest shareholder, to focus on Pendrell.
