The Rock, Wood Fired Pizza & Spirits

The Rock, Wood Fired Pizza & Spirits, said it will open a new restaurant in The Maxwell Hotel at the base of Queen Anne Hill this year. This will be the first urban location. The Rock has 12 locations in Washington, Oregon and Canada. The Queen Anne restaurant is owned and operated by Jay Gigandet, co-founder and CFO of The Rock, and Bellis' Wedge Corp. They have plans to open 30 U.S. restaurants in partnership with the H. Katz Capital Group.
