Lane Powell

Northwest law firm Lane Powell said seven attorneys in the Seattle and Portland offices have been elected to shareholder, effective Jan. 1. New shareholders in the Seattle office are Paige Davis, Benjamin Roesch, Stephanie Stephens and Andrew Yates. Davis concentrates on cross-border tax and business planning. Roesch works in insurance coverage disputes for the London market and on complex commercial litigation. Stephens represents banks, finance companies and other lenders. Yates focus on complex commercial disputes. New shareholders in the Portland office are Julie Engbloom, Jill Long and Parna Mehrbani.
