Community and Technical Colleges

Larry Brown of Auburn, Anne Fennessy of Seattle and Wayne Martin of Kennewick have been appointed by Gov. Chris Gregoire to the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges board. Each will serve a four-year term. Brown is legislative and political director for the Aerospace Machinists Union District Lodge 751. Fennessy is a partner of Cocker Fennessy public affairs and consulting. Martin is environmental scientist and project management office director at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
