NAES Corp.

Issaquah-based NAES Corp., a provider of services to the energy industry, hired Debra Olson as vice president and general counsel. She has served as the chief legal executive for several energy industry organizations, including Areva Solar, Vestas Americas and Calpine Corp. NAES is owned by Itochu International.
