Umpqua Bank
Oregon-based Umpqua Bank hired Ken Altena as senior vice president and commercial banking center manager for its Seattle commercial banking team. Altena has 25 years of banking experience in Puget Sound, and recently worked as senior vice president and commercial banking team leader for Union Bank.
