Umpqua Bank
Oregon-based Umpqua Bank hired Jeff Miller as vice president and commercial relationship manager for its Seattle commercial banking center. Miller worked as vice president and senior relationship manager at Union Bank. Umpqua is a full-service bank with 25 locations in Washington.
