Casto started his banking career as a teller at Seafirst in 1989 and has 23 years of banking experience with Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Washington Trust Bank. Casto was relationship manager for private banking with Washington Trust Bank in Spokane. Columbia State Bank is a full-service commercial bank.
