Michael Herbst, a shareholder in the Seattle law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, has been elected vice president of the International Alliance of Law Firms. Herbst practices in corporate and commercial transactions for private businesses. The alliance is provides member firms and their clients legal services in major business centers worldwide.
