Banner Bank promoted Diana Ortega to vice president. She will continue as a relationship manager serving clients and developing connections with area business leaders. Ortega is based out of the Everett-Colby Commercial Banking Center and has been with the bank for 13 years. She serves is one of Banner's two Small Business Administration liaisons for the greater Seattle, West Metro division.
