Foster Pepper

Foster Pepper hired Barbara Jane League as of counsel in the public finance practice. League has more than 15 years of experience, including public finance and taxation, and more than nine years of experience in business and real estate law. Prior to joining Foster Pepper, she was an associate director at Navigant Capital Advisers in Washington, D.C., and also worked for the Office of Chief Counsel for the IRS in Washington, D.C.
