Mayor Mike McGinn said Paul Matthaeus is the 2013 recipient of the Mayor's Award for Outstanding Achievement in Film. Matthaeus is founder, chairman and chief creative officer emeritus of Digital Kitchen. The Office of Film & Music promotes the city's entertainment industries.
