Prevencio, a Kirkland-based company developing diagnostic tests for coronary artery disease, named H. Perry Fell, Ph.D. chairman of the board and Rhonda F. Rhyne president, CEO and board director. Fell has more than 40 years of experience in biotech and pharmaceuticals, and co-founded Seattle Genetics. Rhyne has spent 20 years in executive management for life science companies and was president of CardioDynamics.
