Juneau district ranger

Brad Orr will be the new Juneau district ranger. The Juneau Empire reports Tongass National Forest Supervisor Forrest Cole made the announcement Thursday. Orr will come to Alaska from the Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forest in Granby, Colo. He currently serves as the recreation program manager on the Sulphur Ranger District. He replaces the current Juneau ranger, Marti Marshal, who will retire in January after being in the position for more than three years.
