Northwest regional law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt added land use attorneys Keith Dearborn and Alison Moss to the Seattle office. They were at Dearborn & Moss PLLC. Moss focuses on land use and alternative dispute resolution, and acts as a mediator with the Kitsap County Dispute Resolution Center. Dearborn has more than 40 years of experience in land use law. He helped establish King County's farmland preservation program and is involved in the transfer of development credits from King County to Seattle.
