Blue Box

Matthew Schiltz, former CEO of Tier 3, has joined Seattle-based managed cloud provider Blue Box as CEO. Blue Box is a cloud infrastructure provider. Schiltz was CEO of Tier 3 until its acquisition by CenturyLink last fall. Blue Box founder and CEO Jesse Proudman will become chief technology officer and remain on the board of directors. Blue Box Cloud runs on hardware dedicated to each customer.
