Lee & Hayes said life sciences patent attorney Rachal Winger, Ph.D., has joined the Seattle office. Winger has been with K&L Gates' Seattle office since 2003. Three former K&L Gates colleagues will join her in Lee & Hayes' expanding life sciences practice: Rachel Haller, associate, and Suzanne Carter and Amy Flores, both paralegals. Winger has a Ph.D. in behavioral neuroscience and a law degree from University of California at Berkeley.
