Terryl Ross, Ph.D., is the director of diversity at the University of Washington Bothell. Ross will be the university's first full-time director of diversity. Ross is a scholar and activist with experience in higher education and civic engagement. He helped create the UW Diversity Compacts in 2000 and 2001.
