Balovich

Debbie Balovich was promoted to vice president and manager of Seattle Bank's Belltown Community Financial Center. Her career began 21 years ago as a teller for First National Bank Alaska. She later worked for NorthStar Bank. Frank Rizo was promoted to vice president and manager of the Wallingford Community Financial Center. He started 25 years ago as a teller for Bank of New York and began working for Seattle Bank in 2008. Scott Montgomery was recently promoted to vice president and commercial relationship manager. He joined the bank in 2012 and his specialties include manufacturing, maritime and commercial fisheries.
