KeyBank Business Capital is expanding its lending program with Michael Wingard, a senior vice president based in Seattle. He will work in western states, including Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Wingard was with PNC Business Credit, where he was a senior vice president in the Pacific Northwest.
