PRR

Social marketing and communications agency PRR has announced a leadership transition. Founder and CEO Rita Brogan said the company now is owned and controlled by its employees. She remains chair of the Board of Directors and will service several accounts. It was established in Seattle in 1981 and has offices in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Austin and Portland. Forty percent of the company is owned by employees via an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and the remainder has been purchased by a group that includes Co-Presidents Colleen Gants, Keri Shoemaker and Denise Walz.
