The Pacific Institute

The Pacific Institute, a global consultancy based in Seattle, said co-founder Diane Tice has transfered ownership of the firm to a group from the institute's U.S. Operations team. The new owners include Joe and Sheri Atteridge, Mario Rappaccioli, Dr. Joe Pace, Mark Panciera and Rosie Baker. Founders Diane and Lou Tice began planning for the future of the institute several years ago. Lou Tice died in 2012.
