Helsell Fetterman named two new partners: Stephanie Grassia and Samuel Jacobs. Grassia leads the insurance coverage group and started her career as a property and casualty insurance broker. Jacobs has been practicing development and real estate law for over 30 years. He joined the firm in 2014, and represents developers, housing cooperatives and homeowner associations. The firm hired Jessica Tsao as an associate in the business and real estate groups. She has degrees in electrical engineering and law from the University of Washington.
