The Port of Everett

The Port of Everett signed an eight-year lease with All Ocean Services for 1,532 square feet in Waterfront Center to provide engineering management, project management and consulting services for commercial and passenger vessels. All Ocean Services has operations on the Pacific Coast, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean and Africa. The owner is Alfred Favre, and the company is located in Seattle. It will occupy space that now houses the Port of Everett's marina office.
