Marten Law

Marten Law is expanding its energy and environmental practice in Boise by hiring Thomas Perry, formerly general counsel and chief legal advisor to Idaho Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter. Perry joins Idaho partner Terry Uhling, formerly general counsel of J. R. Simplot Co. This is the firm's sixth office.

Perry also worked for the National Mining Association in Washington, D.C.
