City of Kenmore

The Association of Washington Cities gave Kenmore an award for The Coolest City Hall. Kenmore has won three AWC Municipal Excellence Awards, which recognize projects that improve quality of life, establish partnerships and build community support. Kenmore City Hall was completed in 2010 and has a LEED gold rating. Weinstein A|U was the architect and Graham Contracting was the general contractor.
