Downtown Emergency Service Center

Daniel Malone is the new executive director of the Downtown Emergency Service Center, which serves chronically homeless adults. Malone has worked at DESC for 26 years, and was its first director of housing programs and deputy director. He succeeds Bill Hobson, who has just retired.
