Pacific Crest Savings Bank appointed Edwin “Ed” Hedlund board director of the Lynnwood-based community bank. He was co-president and board director from 1997 to 1999, and recently retired from Washington Federal. Fred Safstrom was named chairman of the board. He is COO at Housing Hope.
