Cairncross & Hempelmann said Susan Wright Geiger has joined the Corporate Finance & Business Transactions group. She has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and litigation, and will focus on technology and intellectual property transactions. She left the firm in 2007 to pursue other interests, and most recently worked as a technology, software and software services attorney at Snodgrass Annand PLLC.
