The ports of Tacoma and Seattle have formally launched The Northwest Seaport Alliance, joining forces to create the third largest gateway in North America. Plume21, a strategy and creative firm with offices in Seattle and La Jolla, California, developed concepts and brand identity for the marine cargo partnership.
